Quality and Taste
Our mayonnaises don't have water and thickeners added to reduce costs and you will need to shake the salad dressings because we don't like emulsifiers.
We also don't like preservatives but after several hundred jars of mayonnaise "bubbled like lava" after being exposed to yeast during manufacture, we now add some natural preservative to some of our products.
We appreciate your feedback and ideas for improvements or new products. For example, we have recently put the Caesar dressing back into a jar because we had comments that it was too thick to pour. We tried adding water but it spoilt the taste.
