The latest product in the Doodles range is made with French Truffle Paste and Truffle Oil. It has an earthy pungent taste of Truffles and goes beautifully with grilled fish, steak and steamed vegetables, especially artichoke and potatoes.

 


Serving Suggestion- Asparagas Spears wrapped in Bresaola
Asparagus take no time at all to cook.  Get some water to the boil with a pinch of salt (helps to keep the vegetable green) and add the asparagus. Remove the asparagus after 60 seconds.  If you want to serve the asparagus cold, hold them under cold running water.  This will help them to stay green and firm. Wrap the asparagus in bresaola, Italian smoked beef and serve with Doodles Truffle Mayo.  Great to serve as part of a platter of different meats for a light lunch or good to serve as a snack when guests arrive for dinner.
