Doodles Relishes and Sauces are made with all natural ingredients with no thickeners and water added.

Patience is required when cooking the relish to ensure we get the right conisitancy naturally.  We cook these products in small batches to get the quality just right and the flavours earthy and strong.

When we make the Salsa Verde, the kitchen smells of fresh parsley, basil and coriander. We only use fresh herbs which you can definitely taste in the product.  Parsley contains three times as much vitamin C as oranges. Parsley also contains Vitamin K, A and Folate and is fantastic for your heart, rheumatoid arthritus and for fighting cancer.
