Chilli Lime and Coriander Mayonnaise

This delicious combination is one of our best sellers. The mayonnaise has just enough heat to fire up the taste buds. It has been known to be eaten by the spoonful on its own but it is also perfect with fresh prawns, boiled potatoes, fish or chicken.

Serving Suggestion - King Prawns

All you need for our second best seller is a kilo of fresh King prawns and a loaf of crunchy French bread.

For a spicy take on potato salad you could also add some Doodles Chilli Lime and Coriander mayo to some boiled potatoes and add some chopped coriander to add that extra zing.
