Originating in the Mediterranean kitchens of Italy and France, this rich mayonnaise is infused with fresh crushed garlic.   This is a delicious mayonnaise to enjoy with  seafood or chicken. It is also great as an accompaniment to steamed vegetables, such as asparagus or broccoli. We also can’t go past serving it with hot chips.

Recipe - Celeriac Remoulade

This is the Ross family favourite. Try mixing a good couple of dollops of Aioli with grated Celeriac (one whole bulb), a tablespoon of chopped parsley, and a tablespoon of small capers for a delicious accompaniment to roast or barbequed meats or serve this celeriac remoulade as a snack with toasted sourdough and small cornichons.
